1.Deleting Users
ANSWER: 
  1. Go to Setup > Users and Controls > Users.
  2. Select the User and click Delete this User.
  3. In the Delete user popup, do the following:
    1. Select Delete without transfer, if you don't want to transfer records.
    2. Select Transfer now, if you want to transfer users.
      1. In Transfer to select a user from the drop-down list.
      2. Select Record ownership, Assignment, Criteria.
  4. Click Delete.
2.Setting Data Encryption
ANSWER:
To encrypt/decrypt custom fields: 
  1. Go to  Setup > Customization > Modules and Fields > [Select the module] .
  2. In the module layout editor, go to the field you wish to encrypt, click the  Settings icon  and select  Edit Properties.
  3. In the  Field Properties  popup, select the  Encrypt Field  checkbox
  4. Click  Done.
  5. Save  the layout.

3.Download Data Backup
ANSWER:  
  1. Log in to your Zoho CRM with administrative privileges. 
  2. Go to  Setup  >  Data Administration  >  Data Backup . 
  3. ​Click the file under the download section to download it.
